As your next representative for District 13, Celeste will fight fiercely for our values and support policies that protect the sanctity of life, defend our constitutional freedoms, and keep our nation secure.
Celeste lives in Emerald Isle, NC with her husband, Rob. She graduated from the University of Georgia with honors, earning a degree in business administration.
She has been elected to the Executive Committees of the Carteret County GOP, 3rd District GOP and the State GOP. She has served as the 3rd Vice Chairman of the 3rd District GOP, the Treasurer of the Crystal Coast Republican Women and as the Chairman of the Emerald Isle Precinct. Celeste was elected as the Alternate Elector from NC’s 3rd....
